Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be defective or not as described
- Product must be unopened and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: Opened packets cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
How to return: Contact us first at info@mysticalfire.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds Once received and inspected, we will notify you within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
